The flexibility and options helps me to adjust it to my needs. It gives me a visual printout of what I am doing. Working for myself in my photography business means a lot of hours (sometimes walking that extra mile for the client). Now I can see when enough is enough. You could be fooled by the cheap price in thinking that the product will not live up to expectation and I hope that this will not discourage people to buy it. They might lose out.
It enforces the strategy "Divide and conquer". That feeling of being overwhelmed by a task (not knowing that it is actually a project, divided into tasks) can make you want to stay in bed. This program helps me to formulate a project and I can tell with accuracy how long it will take me in the future to complete at specific task. I can jump from the calendar view, day, week month to see what I have been doing. Or Copy a project and past it so I can use it for a new customer. I have even added a task field for family time and it is an eye opener.
